Ana Paula started practicing yoga in 2001, exploring different styles for ten years. In 2011 she was certified by Yogi-Nomad Organization, in Nepal, as a 200H Yoga Teacher, and Thai Massage level I. Leaving for Nepal shortly after obtaining her BFA in Painting at San Francisco Arts Institute, she obtained her Yoga Teacher Training, and Thai Massage Certification with Yogi-Nomad at the foothills of the Shivapuri National Forest.
