Our 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Courses in Nepal (6 weeks) include a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Training program {4 weeks}.
In the additional two weeks, you will:

  • Get certified in Thai Massage, 30 hours (Week 5-6)
  • Study Holistic Nutrition (Week 5-6)
  • Gain 50 hours of Teaching Experience

(1) Attend a workshop and then a teacher training courses (TTC) within 12 month you get 50% of your workshop cost refunded.
(2) Every person you bring for this yoga teacher-training course (YTTC), you get a 10% off for yourself!

  4. Make a paypal request to info@yogi-nomad.org, include 4% for paypal transaction fees.
  5. Send Yogi-nomad a copy of your “transfer order/confirmation”
  6. Course fee includes all activities. Does not include transport, meals and lodging
  7. Once received deposit of full payment, Yogi-nomad will confirm your name to Mirabel Resort for booking purpose
  8. Yogi-nomad will send you all necessary “logistic information” and a list of “recommended readings”.

The course fee of the YTTC is payable to Yogi-nomad School.

Please note that the USD$ rate is fluctuating all the time so Mirabel has to calculate the equivalent when you do the payment arrangements at arrival.

Yogi-nomad is only facilitating the process and negotiating advantageous prices for our students.

The food and accommodation package is payable separately to Mirabel Hotel Resort.

Refund Policy:
150 Euro is to reserve your place and is non-refundable
If you have paid in full and withdraw from the course:
1. Once the course has already started (we will retain full payment)
2. Less than 30 days form the course (we retain 30% of the value of the course)
3. Less than 60 days from the course (we retain 20% of the value of course)
4. More than 60 days from the course (we retain 150 Euro, value of the deposit)

Special cases:
5. If there are documented compelling reasons (sickness, injury…) for your withdrawal we will review on case-by-case basis. When applicable, we will offer the possibility to transfer your deposit against the next course.
6. Course fees may be transferable to other courses under certain circumstances with approval of the Yogi-nomad director.

Important notice:
7. Final confirmation of the retreat/course will happen 6/4 weeks ahead of the starting date. We advise you to subscribe to cancelation insurance for any travel arrangements made before the confirmation date. Yogi-nomad is not responsible for any cost incurred for cancellation of your travel.
8. If Yogi-nomad cancels the retreat/course, you will receive full refund of your deposit, deducted of the transfer fees.

The Kathmandu Valley, in the heart of the Himalayas Nepal is where Hinduism and Buddhism meet. The city of Kathmandu, possibly 2000 years old, is the location of many sacred sites and the tri-city (Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur) and is of paramount importance for the Nah tradition which associates with the Mahasiddha Matsyendarnath and Goraknath, the fathers of the Nath tradition and the birth of Hatha Yoga. The Nepal Kathmandu Valley is home to some of the finest yoga institutes in the world.

At 1350 meters above sea level the city offers breath-taking view of the Himalayas. During the Oct-Nov period the temperature will vary from 10°c low (50 F) to 25°c high (77 F) and for Apr-May it varies from 15°c low (59 F) to 30°c high (86 F).

  • Yoga experience - Regardless of the style, please have some background with a yoga practice-6 month is a suggested minimum, but motivation and determination are more important than experience
  • Emotional and spiritual maturity- Willing and open to practice meditation, fasting, silence and Shatkarma, in addition to more commonly practice of Asana and Pranayama
  • Physical Fitness - Able to perform physical activity (trekking, yoga asanas)
  • English - all classes will be conducted in English, requiring a basic level of English speaking, reading and writing
  • We accept student only after careful study of their application form, all criteria are important. Please reply carefully and honestly to all questions and we will contact you for additional information if needed. This may include phone/skype interview or supporting reference from current teacher(s)

The goals of the TTC are three fold:
  • To make you a confident teacher: Prepare students to build and conduct a class from sequencing to adjustments to class environment to communication. For this you will study teaching methodology and spend time teaching each others
  • To transcend your limits through new practices and discover a bit more of yourself. For this we will practice meditation and other eye opening practices like silence and fasting.
  • Expand your knowledge, practice and understanding of the Yoga tradition to serve you both as a practitioner and as a teacher, and allow you to inspire others. We will study History and philosophy of Yoga, Anatomy, Hatha Yoga and the subtle body, Nutrition, Traditional Thai Massage and more
