"Foster inner awareness, introspection and reasoning;
it is more efficient than meditation and prayer." H.H. the XIV Dalai Lama

During a yoga workshop, we would like to give you as much as possible in only a few hours, to give you a taste of what we do best. Hence our yoga workshops are packed with details and information. It is a place to learn yoga more than just a place to practice yoga, a place to discover a new angle, a new approach to your practice.

A workshop is a good way to come and check us (our style, what we do and what we can bring to you) before a longer and more committing event, for that reason, if you attend one of our yoga Retreats or one of our yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC) in Nepal in the following 12 months after a workshop, we will discount half the amount of the workshop from the cost of the new activity.

Come and Experience with Gabriel: Powerful Kriyas, Pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras, Vinyasa Flow in the Sri Krishnamacharya style, including "free standing" inversion in the middle of the room, and meditation. Each session will cover an entire practice for 3 hours each. We will explore physical balance, strength, flexibility and endurance and its corresponding impact on the mind. As the workshop unfolds, we will deepen our exploration and focus more on perception of prana in the practice of asana and pranayama. We will investigate the power of breath controlling our emotions and increasing equanimity.

The workshop is designed to increase our capacity to escape our material limitations and increase our consciousness of the Absolute around us.
